Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed Dr. Peter Fader.

On a recent Price of Business show, Host Kevin Price visited with Dr. Peter Fader, the co-founder and director of Theta, a predictive customer analytics firm, and professor of marketing at Wharton School of Business.
According to a statement, “With the holiday season approaching, all eyes will be on the retail sector as a gauge of a post-lockdown rebound and economic recovery. As in the past, most retailers will be dangling loads of ‘Black Friday’ deals in front of their consumers to draw consumers into their eCommerce ecosystem and maximize holiday sales. Many rely on Black Friday as a big chunk of their annual revenue – but Dr. Peter Fader, the foremost expert in customer lifetime value (CLV) and co-founder and director of Theta, a predictive customer analytic firm, thinks they’re wrong. He believes retailers should be less focused on the customers just looking for a deal – the one-time ‘buy it with a coupon code and never return’ buyers – and lean more heavily into cultivating their higher-value customers.”
