You Are Meant To Sing! 10 Steps to Unlock Your Inner Voice, a new book by classical trained singer and sound healer Helane Marie Anderson, is now available in pre-release in the print version ( with official release on Kindle on December 4th, 2017.

The book details Anderson’s use of singing and music to achieve spiritual growth intertwined with exercises to open the voice and discover the singer that lies within. You Are Meant To Sing! is designed not only for singers, but for anyone who has the inclination to work with their voice and open up all areas of expression.

You Are Meant To Sing! provides a 10-step process for learning how to sing with confidence, overcome emotional barriers and fears that have quieted the voice, acquire tools for using vocal expression to heal and, most importantly, reconnect with a wellspring of inner joy through singing.

About the Author: Helane Marie Anderson is classically trained in piano and voice and studied at Indiana UniversitySchool of Music, Salem College and the Sweelinck Conservatorium. She has worked in Artistic Planning with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and currently teaches at the University of Southern California.

Anderson combines her classical music background with degrees in sound healing, CranioSacral therapy and Vinyasa yoga to expand and explore the intersection of music and healing.  She has produced two sound healing recordings, “Elemental Alchemy” and “Painted Sound: A Journey through the 7 Chakras.”
